This series cryogenic liquid CO₂ pump is horizontal cryogenic plunger pump, specially designed for pressurization, transfer and filling of liquid carbon dioxide. It is compatible with saturated liquid CO₂ medium under low temperature condition, delivers stable continuous pressurization with adjustable flow and pressure. Widely used in dry ice production, carbonated beverage filling, oil & gas stimulation, cryogenic energy storage, fire protection systems and other industries. The whole pump adopts imported low-temperature sealing parts with anti-cavitation structure design to restrain CO₂ vaporization and ensure long-time continuous operation. Custom explosion-proof, variable frequency and remote monitoring versions are available, and can be supplied as complete set matched with cryogenic storage tank and vaporizer skid.

Our liquid co2 pump optimizes flow channel based on cryogenic fluid mechanics to reduce medium vaporization risk. Separated design between power end and cryogenic medium end prevents cold transfer damage to motor and transmission parts. Medium wetted parts adopt 304 /316L stainless steel with excellent low temperature and corrosion resistance. Single unit or multiple parallel installation is available to meet large flow continuous transfer requirement according to working conditions. Pump head can withstand -40℃ cryogenic working condition with wide output pressure range, serving as core fluid equipment for liquid carbon dioxide transfer and pressurization.
